Born from a spreadsheet nightmare.
In 2019, our founding team was managing a 400-student OSCE program across three buildings using a patchwork of spreadsheets, shared email inboxes, and printed rubric packets. Scores were entered twice, student data lived in five places, and every accreditation review meant weeks of manual report assembly. There had to be a better way.
So we built it. TCS Platform launched internally at a single nursing school and grew entirely through word of mouth. Today, more than 500 programs trust it to run their OSCEs — not because we outspent competitors, but because we solved the right problems for the right people. We're still run by educators, and we still answer support tickets ourselves.
